I get email surveys from the CVS (the store) every once in a while. It takes about 5 minutes to fill out the survey. It’s $5 if I don’t qualify (based on preliminary questions) and $10-$15 if I do qualify for the survey (they're looking for certain characteristics). I get paid in ExtraBucks. So you need to have an ExtraBucks card from CVS to participate. I love getting that little bit of cash every once in a while. I feel like I can splurge a little bit.
